They're filter effects, just go to the "Filters" tab on the Property Inspector.

Fuck "nickelodeon" instead of fucking "fairly odd parents" the worst drawn animation ever they should show this! But instead another great animator is shot down by the fat cats.

In youre interview you claim you want constuctive critism, Well I love this movie but I would've suggested a little more from Mr.Concianse? I mean I know I spelt it wrong but can i be that off, And I think blockhead was a little off his straight and narrow road, His character design in this move lacked his unique style and I feel hes was quite forgotten for the first 1.5 episode though I love this movie, I'd have t osay 7/10. Pure Brilliance though no one else could come up with this but you!
